Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our products are digital PDFs that are delivered instantly. Because a PDF cannot be "returned" once downloaded, all sales are generally final. We will, however, always make things right in the cases below.

You are eligible for a full refund if

• Money was debited but the payment failed or you did not receive a download link, and we cannot deliver the file.
• You were charged twice for the same order.
• The file you received is corrupted or is clearly a different product from the one described, and we cannot replace it.

How to request

Message us on WhatsApp at +91 95301 81502 within 7 days of payment with your Razorpay payment ID (starts with "pay_") and the mobile number used. We usually respond within 24 hours.

Refund timeline

Approved refunds are issued through Razorpay to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. The time it takes to appear in your account depends on your bank.

Failed payments

If a payment fails and money is debited, it is normally reversed automatically by your bank or Razorpay within 5–7 working days.

Cancellation

Since delivery is instant, orders cannot be cancelled after the payment succeeds.
